Sounding board/advisor/mentor – either face-to-face or e-meet using technology, fortnightly over 2 months or longer.  Together, we 1) understand your objectives – such as professional development, the broader HR team or HR issues in the business, 2) structure the discussion to provide new insights from a general management and strategic point of view, 3) provide new perspective by exploring and challenging assumptions, 4)  develop a roadmap and mini-strategy to take you forward with next steps.
